What: District 4 Councilmember Dwaine Caraway will host “City Hall Day” at Phyllis Wheatley Elementary School. Various City departments will participate in the event, including:
- Dallas Police Department’s SWAT Unit, Vehicle Traffic Enforcement and Southeast Police Neighborhood Units
